This is a photo of someone that is dear to me, sitting on the edge of a hot tub looking at his reflection in the washroom. Some difficulty I found with this Framework was the location. As it was such a cluttered and small room, it didn’t give me the same effect of emptiness I got from the original photo. I tried to emulate that with the facial expression rather than the surroundings to make up for it. Another difficulty I’d found was trying to be precise and particular with instructions towards the model. I found that what I saw in my head (for the reference photo) was extremely difficult to translate into verbal instructions and descriptions. This was something I didn’t know/understand I had such difficulty with until now.
