I have been fascinated by the concept of reflections and shadows for a long time so I wanted to take an opportunity and explore the theme in this still life. I played around with water and glass as I thought such combination might produce some interesting visuals. Luckily, Toronto got a couple of sunny days, which also played into the overall composition. Water and glass reflect both light and accompanying objects, creating various highlights and distorting some parts.
