Framework #6

I wanted to change what a still life could mean, so I took an image of my sketch that I did for a previous exploration of a poinsetta and put it in a vase, combining mediums of drawing and photography. This was like a real-life collage. I used this sketch and this object since I typically think of flowers and fruit when thinking about the concept of a still life. Since we’ve been reading about hybridity in photography, I want to combine different mediums and put them in conversation more often. This was taken using a Canon EOS Rebel T5 DSLR.
