Framework 4: High-Key

Usnisa Pagoda

The 88-meter tall, 9 floors pagoda was newly built in Tang Style to pair with the Hongjue Temple Pagoda nearby, which was originally built in Tang Dynasty, then rebuilt in the early Ming Dynasty. The low-angle view captures the sacred feeling towards this Buddhism Pagoda on the hill. The symmetric composition and high key contrast contribute to highlighting and presenting the beauty in ancient architecture.
